Learning Picture provides educational ICT consultancy to national bodies, local authorities, schools and commercial organisations. Founded in 2005, Learning Picture is owned and run by Neil Livesey.

Neil was a teacher, head of department and adviser in Lothian Region and has over 20 years practical experience in education.

He has acquired his business experience through his employment and business relationships with a number of commercial organisation including Apple UK, Compaq, Granada Learning, the BBC, Learning and Teaching Scotland and the Scottish Qualifications Authority.

During his extensive career he has always had the learner at heart, believing that education provided a looking glass for learners into the social, cultural, vocational and education world of tomorrow.
